Looking for host manager in Athens- Greece

Good morning, I'm Paolo, I live in Italy and I'm need an help for my apartment in Pagrati. The apartment is about 50 square meter with 1 living, 1 room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom. It need a renovation and I would like to do it in order to rent it and reserve for some days per year for us. So i'm looking for a society which could manage it and help with the accounting and administration (bill, Building expenses payment, inscription to register...). Any suggestions? Thanks
