Loss of Income Insurance UK

Hello,

I was just wondering whether any one else has tried to source a 'Loss of Income' / 'Rent Guarantee' type insurance product that covers events whereby listed Airbnb properties do not obtain any bookings during certain periods of the year? 

I understand that there are other Loss of Income / Rent Guarantee insurance products, but they tend to cover events where the Airbnb property is unliveable due to damage or other circumstances such as rent default by tenants; but what I am looking for is specifically to mitigate against any potential downtick in business. 

I have a portfolio of 15 properties and during the quiet periods without any bookings I am exposed to loss of income. I'm not sure whether there are mainstream insurance products that would protect me from such a scenario or whether I would need to look into the specialist insurance sector...

Any information, help and guidance would be greatly appreciated!

There is no insurance you can take out that would cover you because you don't get the amount of bookings you would like @Jasthi0
