Syncing airbnb calendar to google calendar

Hi hosts! I am looking into hiring a new cleaning company, but the one catch is that the cleaning company uses google calendar to manage their guests' bookings. (Typically this cleaning company gets their clients to manually add their listing's bookings to their google calendar, but that would not work well for me as I'm super busy with a busy full-time job and a toddler and another baby on the way, so I need something automated.) I found steps outlined on an Airbnb article (https://www.airbnb.ca/help/article/99) to sync my AirBnB calendar with Google Calendar, and was able to successfully add my AirBnB calendar to a google calendar, however, the dates for bookings are not 100% correct! For example, I had a guest checking out on a Wednesday and the google calendar version showed a Tuesday checkout. Is this a known bug? Are there any ideas for workarounds, or other ideas? I did ask this cleaning company whether I could just add them as a co-host to my listing, which has worked well for me with a different company, but they said it would be annoying to log-in and out of their Airbnb app into different accounts to view the calendars - they want 1 place to view all their clients' bookings.

Yes...it's a known bug that has not been addressed by Airbnb. It is an Airbnb issue, but no incentive for them to correct it.

Aw darn, thanks so much for the reply. That's really too bad!

Perhaps some computer coders will figure out a "fix" for the link that Hosts can use? Any coders out there? 😊
