We are getting ready to connect with Airbnb again and are wondering what to do as a markup for a split fee. Also, we were told we could offer a 20% discount as a promotion to boost our listings, but we want to make sure it does not include peak times. Can we get some insight on this? Thanks!

You can apply discounts to specific periods if you use professional tools to create a rule.

On the website version, go to menu, account, professional hosting tools.
