Missing host payments Audit

Did anyone else get papers from Deloitte and Touche auditing for  missing payouts due from past years? Mine was 2019.  I returned the papers filled out with documentation and never heard anything back.  By sheer accident I looked on State of Alaska unclaimed property website last night and there is was, my missing payment.  I did not realize the payment was missing, and it was sandwiched between two payments that made it just fine.  I have filed for the payment with the state, but am getting no answers from Airbnb on what the heck happened and why they aren't even acknowledging the fact there was an error.
