Missing payout from airbnb

Hi Folks,

has anyone else been experiencing problems with payments in early December. I am owed money going back to 3rd December from AirBNB and each time I call or email I get the same response, which is there is a system payment glitch and they cannot confirm when I will be paid. I am finding the lack of feedback or accountability for the money that is owed to me very frustrating. Can anyone advise on how I could get this actioned faster by AirBNB?
