Missing payout

I am unsure where to go, I have read on here potentially small claims court? I am missing a payout that was due on the 30/12/2024.  Air BnB have provided confirmation of the telegraphic transfer and the bank are advising nothing is pending. And the payment should have been received by now.  It’s been weeks? Has this happened to anyone else.  I’m lost as to where to go?
