My house keeps getting thrashed by groups

"Should i stop hosting groups overall, because almost every second booking is a mess and then i have to go through a tedious process of justifying and filing the resolution centre requests , where the process itself is the punishment, i want to have a seamless hosting experience as thats the kind of experience i am striving for.


How do i navigate through this , please advice."

Tried to look at your listings to offer suggestions, but it appears they are all suspended by Airbnb, or you have deleted the listings?

Hi @Joan2709, I just wanted to check in and let you know that I took a look at @Mohit76's profile and saw that all their listings are active. Most of them are new, though, so they may not have been published when you checked this morning.

@Joan2709, could you please clarify which of your listings you're referring to? This way, Joan and other hosts can offer their suggestions.

Thanks for the heads up @Paula ! Yes, when I checked the listings were not appearing, but I see them now. I apologize, as I was not aware some of the listings were new and had just been published? From what @Mohit76 is saying in his post below, it does seem Airbnb had some concerns about duplicate listings?

From your first post, it seemed you had been hosting for awhile and having difficulty with guest damages? You have multiple listings, so can you provide the link to the listing you are referring to so we can offer suggestions?

Hey i am super confused to why they have suspended some of my listing. 

They are citing affiliation with a previous host but i am unaware I just took over the house with pics and all rights from the building management and furnished the proof to airbnb as well, 

Yet they removed the listing citing it was affiliated to some previously banned host, 

Or something. 

I am just confused because I have hosted this place and gotten only rave reviews since last 2 months
