My listing was suspended due to a safety information with no information

My listing was unlisted this morning.  I called 3 times this morning, and Airbnb said they can't tell me anything, but it's due to a safety issue.  What is happening at my house?  How do I make sure the guests are safe with zero information?  This is an insane way to do business.

I noticed from your Host profile that one of your listing is active. Were you able to get this resolved? Did you get to know what was the issue with the listing?
