Hello, Im new and desire to start my own airbnb, but i don't know how and struggle to start. I hope that anyone can help me out with their kindness and understanding. Is it a good idea to start in Arizona? Using apartment-friendly? or my own place?

I would strongly recommend starting your research by analyzing the market you are considering. I use an online tool called Airdna. Use the data it can provide to determine if your proposed listing would be profitable.
