New Airbnb host

Hello, I am starting my dream journey to be a host on Airbnb. Currently, I will rent two apartments and sublet them here.

As, I have never run a business in Estonia, it would be valuable to here your suggestions and advices.

Home owner is informed about my plan and agree to letting me to sublet her apartment.

@Lala121 It sounds like what you are doing is rental arbitrage.  There are a few gurus on Youtube that offer a lot of great free advice.  If you go to Youtube and put "Rental Arbitrage" into the search bar a lot will populate.Sean Rakidzich is the leader in the space and has solid information. Everything from decorating to managing your calendar and pricing.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend Sean Rakidzich @Karen114  there have been quite a few media exposures about his business practices .

@Helen3  I do not do arbitrage and have 8 owned listings. I started following Sean in 2020 and applied a lot of his recommendations that were free and it made a big impact on my business. He does sell courses however I have never purchased because his free information was enough to move the needle in my business.
