New Catalunya Rule: Need Help From Local Hosts!

Hi Locat Catalunya or Barcelona Hosts

There is this new rule of checking and registering all the guests with their complete information. And than filing the same with the police authorities. Does anyone has more details:

1. Completing information: Shouldn’t this be done by Airbnb instead and pass the Catalunya hosts ONLY the profiles with this information available?

2. What is the rule of filing this with police authorities? In the email from Airbnb it says within 24 hours. Is this real?
