New Host in Atlanta City

In Atlanta city , South Fullerton, I owned one house, did I need get permits or license from city? My HOA not request, but my neighbor doesn’t like me do Airbnb. How can I do?

Hi @Angela3582, Have you gone ahead and started the process to obtain the STR permit from the City? I was having a quick look at the Airbnb Resource Center and managed to find this article that gives some general insights on the process a Host should follow in Atlanta, GA for becoming an Airbnb Host.
