New to the Community & Looking for Guidance on Starting as an Independent Co-Host

Hello everyone,

I’m excited to join this community! I recently left the company where I worked as a co-host, managing multiple properties. During my time there, I gained valuable experience in hosting, guest communication, and property management. Now, I’ve decided to take the next step and start independently as a co-host.

However, I’m unsure how to begin—where to find hosts or listings to manage and how to get my first opportunity. If anyone has any advice, insights, or references, I would truly appreciate it. Looking forward to learning from and connecting with fellow hosts here!

Thank you in advance!

Hello @Jatin39 👋

Wow! We wish you all the luck in your new venture 🍀 Welcome to the Community Center by the way - you'll find lots of posts similar to yours and most people end up being redirected to the Co-Host Network (click for more info) or to the Help Center guide - How to find and become an experienced Co-Host on Airbnb?

@Angela3583 and @Bradley181 are also Co-Hosts and they may be able to provide you with some more information. (I hope you both don't mind the tag)

This is a community for Airbnb hosts and guests.

With cohosting it's  like any other business - put together a business plan and marketing plan to promote your business to promote it to hosts you see as your target market @Jatin39
