No payouts for 1 month

been host for 6yrs and last dec 12 my last payout.

They asked me to verify my account KYC  which i did.

I have been calling airbnb and they said i have case manager who forwarded my issue to the specialist

everyday been calling them same answer they cannot help me... 

i am begging for them to help me get my payouts... been a month and it is escallating as i have bookings everyday...

how can i pay all my bills... airbnb just ignoring me.

You will see many similar post in the forum and it seems to be getting worse bye the day,

Airbnb's CS center it like a disaster waiting to happen, as many of us know Airbnb are using 3rd parity call centers,

It's the same with KYC there are many companies out there who specialize in that particular field so Im guessing Airbnb is using such companies, hence the constant delays with payments, 

I hope you get your payments soon, are you listed on other platforms? don't rely on Airbnb to much

most of my guests are from airbnb... i do have other platforms
