Not getting Bookings Villa Muraleeravam

I have listed my villa, where I have 4 guest rooms. Initially when I tried to list it as a whole villa with 4 rooms. but there was no option to book a single room in it. So I first listed each room as separate listings as directed by Airbnb and then created listing for whole villa and calendars of the for listings linked with the whole villa. 

But Now, for more than a month I am not getting even a single booking for a room or full villa.  If someone searches for Airbnb in Tripunithura, they will see one of my listing which is having only one review.

What can I do to see my listing as a full villa wot 4 rooms and guest can book one room two rooms three rooms or a whole villa. That will be meaningful and convenient for all types of guests. And I think I will get more bookings. But When I contacted Host support, they said that the way I did was correct.  But I am not getting bookings, Rates I have slashed very much to check if is there any problem with the high rate. but no such issues. My doubt is is Tripunithura a place where Airbnb guests prefer not to stay?

It is a 4-bedroom villa. I listed 4 rooms where 2 guests can stay in each room. Last on is the whole villa created connecting the calendars of the 4 rooms.

@Rekha36 OK I think I see the issue here.  There's a big disconnect between your headlines and descriptions about the space.   

It looks like you are using your property name in your headlines. Villa Muralee. When I see Villa, I am thinking entire space, not a room. Not necessary to put your property name. Villa is fine for the entire space listing.

Your headlines should be used to highlight special features of the location, space and amentities.  Example headlines, Steps to Beach, downtown location, King Beds, Smart TV, Pet Friendly, No cleaning Fee, Free Beach Pass, Walk to theatere etc. Cozy Kochi Room.

You are advertising rooms,  however your description states, Relax with the whole family. That's confusing.  You know they can book 4 rooms for entire family however the potential guest will be confused. 

Make sure your room listings are listed under rooms. They appear to be listed under homes.  The only one that should be under home is the entire listing. 

Looks like a lovely space, love the exterior.  Your lead photo for all listings is the home.

For your room listings I would lead with first pic of the room they will stay in, then the bath and then common area pics with exterior photo last.  

You have a 4 hour  check in window, that can be a problem for guests arriving after 6PM.

Clean up your headlines and description so they match what you are offering.
