Not getting paid from airbnb

Hi there, we are in a desparate situation, as airbnb is not paying us anymore for the bookings. We can provide all kind of business documents, business permit, DOT accreditation, DTI business registration and TIN number for taxes. We have all necessary documents for our rental business. 

Airbnb is not giving us the option to submit these documents with email or download, the support is not able to help us. after several endless conversations.

We cannot pay our bills anymore after almost 3 years closure, has anyone an idea how to solve this problem. We dont want to delete our listings !  Jing Visca

Hi Bhumika,

 

I am experiencing a similar situation. It's been over 2 weeks since I received my last payout. I have not been paid by Airbnb since January 25, 2023. I have made constant follow ups via Airbnb support (every day) and I am told that it's been escalated to the higher ups. 

 

My account is fully verified and yet nobody is giving me an answer up to this time.

 

PLEASE HELP.

Not sure if the problem is solved permanently, as airbnb is not giving us the option to submit our business documents with email or attachment or download, airbnb having technical issues and blaming their customers. At least we got the overdue payments lately ! Still very disappointed how airbnb is treating their business partners, airbnb from our best and favorite booking platform to the worst partner !
