Not received pay

Had our first guests and its been 5 business days since he paid but we've received no money. Says it is expected in our account today 3/06/22. Is that because we're new to airbub. It's an alipay payment, not sure if that makes a difference? Many thanks Claire

@Claire1828 the payment is only released 24 hrs after the guest checks in. For us with payment into our bank it usually takes almost a week to reach us. With current bank holidays it is taking even longer.

OK thanks very much for your reply. Maybe we'll get it early next week

My first guests arrived on May 21st, i.e. almost 3 weeks ago. I still haven´t received any payment. Apparently, the problem concerns payment into my bank account - I have already re-sent the information and also added a new account. After trying the chat function (no help at all) I spoke to someone in person 3 days ago who said they would look into the matter but I have not heard anything from them. So the matter is still unresolved.

@Þorvarður0 can you just check that the bank account you have input is the default (might be nominated or something else!) account. Apparently you need to do this even if there is only one account exists. Do let us know if it works.
