My first guests arrived on May 21st, i.e. almost 3 weeks ago. I still haven´t received any payment. Apparently, the problem concerns payment into my bank account - I have already re-sent the information and also added a new account. After trying the chat function (no help at all) I spoke to someone in person 3 days ago who said they would look into the matter but I have not heard anything from them. So the matter is still unresolved.
