I haven't received any money for the last two reservations I hosted.
My bank details are correct and my bank can't investigate without the sender's information, airbnb is refusing to give me their details and I'm not getting any solutions, calls baco or messages back from airbnb.
I'm not sure why the money would be coming from the guest? Airbnb take the money at the time the guest books, then Airbnb release the money to you on the day the guest checks in (can take up to three days). Hope you've sorted it out since you posted this message.
@Diane1169 She isn't talking about the guest's payment, as I read it- she is talking about Airbnb refusing to give her the info about tracking the payment, which I assume they are claiming they transferred, so she can relay it to the bank.
