I have been attempting to change my payment method on my account since last week. At the moment I am stuck, because Airbnb keeps asking me to secure my account via text message, but anytime I press the send a text button, the texts are not received. I know my number is correct as I have received text messages from AirBnb before, informing me of messages received and so forth. Any time I attempt to contact Airbnb via "contact us" the same message appears, I press the button, but no text.
I am effectively locked out of my account. I have just uploaded a new property to my account and would like help resolving this issue.
