Nz Payout error

Hi, ive just reopened our Airbnb apartment for the first time since covid hit.

I havent changed my bank account details or any other personal info.

  My first 2 payouts haven't come through and after a bit of searching I see my usual bank account number is flagged with Error. 

 I deleted it and tried to reinstall the bank account but now the only option it let's me choose is PayPal in US$. 

Can't we use nz bank accounts any more?

Welcome to the club of not been paid.

There's multiple recent threads on this same problem of not been paid, have a scan through them to see there's a bit of a pattern.

Would you please ensure we Hosts have some direct feedback where these problems are coming from and ensure we are paid?

Thanks @Helen427! Each payout issue is unique and the reasons behind them vary widely. As we relay the problems raised here on the Community Center, if any widespread problem is identified, we'd of course share it with you know!
