Occupancy Taxes

Hi all. Please help if you can- I have tried effortlessly to solve this and I feel like it should be simple....

 

I want Airbnb to collect the state occupancy tax for me per their agreement with State Comptroller's office AND I want to add the local occupancy tax to that so that they pass through the local tax so I can pay quarterly while they pay the state part quarterly. I am in Surfside Texas

 

Currently, I am using the professional hosting tools and just added 10% occupancy tax (pass through) and then I have to submit to state and local. 

 

I'd rather it be simple like VRBO.....

 

Anyone from Surfside figure this out?
