Opening new listings in other country ?

opening listings in a new country can i use the same account? how do the taxes work for that listings as well?

@Aamir9 technically you are only allowed one account but yes you can put additional listings on it. Tax will be due in both the country where the listing is located and the USA if you live there or are a resident. This dual taxation will be reduced significantly if there is a dual tax treaty between the USA and the country of your listing.

@Aamir9  Besides property taxes, accommodations taxes that you typically collect from the guest will be different as well. Airbnb has a page in which they list the accommodations taxes they collect and either pass to you or remit to each jurisdiction. If there are additional accommodations taxes, you are responsible for collecting and remitting them. You can add the additional taxes by turning on Airbnb Professional Tools and setting the correct option and amount for the taxes. Those taxes will be displayed to the guest on a separate line on their booking page.
