TO OTHER HOSTS- IS ANYONE EXPERIENCING NOT BEING PAID FOR THEIR GUEST- IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO GET A POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM ANYONE ON AIR .BNB - HAVE BEEN TOLD ITS REALLY IS MY PROBLEM OR MY BANKS PROBLEM BECAUSE THEIR SYSTEM SHOWS THE PAYOUT HAS LEFT AIRBNB SYSTEM. HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET A POSITIVE RESPONSE FROM AIRBNB SINCE THE PAYOUT WAS DUE ON THE 6TH JANUARY - 9 DAYS OVERDUE.. ELAINE
I have the problem for a payment that should have been made to me since 28th Dec. It shows on their systems as outstanding and AirBnB customers service reps has for the past month been saying they have a technical problem. They acknowledge it is due but... I have received payment for subsequent bookings.
