Pausing the business

How do I pause the Airbnb for a while and also make it to disappear.I want to check about local regulations and then proceed.

Any advise is appreciated.

Go to the listings tab and click your listing. In the top right corner you will see the settings icon, click and go to the first option ("listing status").
