Payment deduction when a payout sent

Recently I am experiencing some payment deductions when the payout sent to my bank account in UAE. I am maintaining the same account number in UAE from the day I listed my flat (around one year). There were no any deductions till last month. From last month on ward a deduction of AED 50 is made for every payments sent to my account. I don’t get any permanent resolution for this issue from airbnb support team. Do anyone of you face such deductions? Appreciate any advise. Regards
