Hi,
I am trying to find out how I can contact AirBnB to ask about the payment my guest say they made for extra cleaning.
We have received the payment for their accommodation, but not the extra cleaning fee. I sent a request to our guest for the extra fee and they accepted and say they have paid, but nothing has been received by AirBnB yet.
How do I contact AirBnB to check the guest paid? And where the payment is now and why we haven't received it. Never had an issue before with payments of extra fees.
