Payoneer Customer Service

I am inquiring if anyone else has had the terrible customer service experiences I've had with Payoneer?

Since it is the preferred payment method for Airbnb, I've had the displeasure or dealing with them for about 10 years. The customer service has noticeable dropped and although they promise a lot, they never seem to follow through or deliver on what they promise.

From blocking cards that are not to be blocked to failing to update account information after multiple requests to not conducting a proper disputed charge investigation, it's become downright painful to work with them.

Are other hosts experiencing this? And what are you doing to resolve it? I've decided to live with the payout delay and have my earnings automatically deposited in my checking account rather than continue the misery of dealing with Payoneer. But if enough of us are struggling, perhaps Airbnb hosts have some clout with Payoneer to get them to make changes and improve their horrible customer service.

@Sheri1
All Fintech's have rightly so come under fire as they are bound by various Laws to.

I understand Payoneer are due to provide a Quarterly Report in the next week.

It will be interesting to see what profits they have made out of Non Paid Airnb Hosts.

It's noted on our ABB Accounts we can't even change to our own Bank Account as it keeps going around in an endless Loop of Payoneer accounts.

I believe I'm up to Payoneer account number 6 through trying to get ABB Monies owed to me for  now over 365 days and ABB MERRY GO AROUND.

That's terrible Helen, I'm so sorry for that! I really hate Payoneer and am going to switch to having the deposits directly in my bank account from here on out. Their customer service is the WORST.

@Sheri1 I was not aware that Payoneer was the preferred payout method of AirBnb. I've always had my earnings deposited into my checking account without issue, usually within 48 hours of payment notification. I do mostly weekends, so the 48 hours is from Saturday to Monday, which is completely understandable. I'm not sure why anyone would opt to use Payoneer, although I know in some other countries it may be a more dominant payment system. Just switch over to your bank account.
