Hi! I am a new host on Airbnb and I have a question about my payout.

I want to add a bank account as my Default payout method for my Airbnb account. However, I have tried many times to set up my bank account as my default, but every time I do, after a few days it says, 'Can't process payouts. Remove and try adding again.' I contacted Airbnb support to ask why this is happening, and they said I must not use my listing address as my account address when adding the payment method. However, my bank account is connected to my listing address. My questions are: Why can’t I use my listing address for my bank account, and what should I do now?

As @Helen3 suggested, the best option is to call the support team again and ask for clarification.

In the meantime, have you considered changing your payment method?
