Payout not released

Hi everyone, 

 

I had my first disappointing experience with Airbnb. I had guests on New Year's Eve and since then Airbnb simply does not released my payout.

 

They are claiming that it is a glitch, due to an alteration of the reservation. However, for almost a month they cannot resolve the issue and no one is contacting me!!

 

Any suggestions....

I’m having the same problem from 27/01 , I’m quite worried as it’s a large amount, have you got yours yet?
