Hi!
After ten years since the first time, I decided to rent my flat on Airbnb. I moved to a new country, opened a new bank account, yet forgot to update the existing one on Airbnb.
I realized that Airbnb made its first payout to the old bank account - now closed, as the bank confirmed - and I feel that the customer service is not able to help beside asking me to contact the bank - which, by the way, has confirmed not to have accepted the payout from Airbnb.
How do I proceed with this, taking the payout out from the limbo between Airbnb and the bank?
