Good day everyone

Ive joined in November 2020.

I have developed a spreadsheet that combines the payout from simplii to the departed guest.  What im finding of late that to check if a payout has been allocated there is no reservation number or confirmation on the simplii deposit.  Is it something that i need to relay to simplii or airbnb support.  Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

Simplii is some money transfer system or financial software ?

You can download CSV files from Tranaction History pages at Airbnb and import them in a spreadsheet

Payouts never contain the reservation number, so you need the info from Transaction History to see which payout matches with what you received on your bank account. BTW payouts are frequently not regarding one specific reservation. Especially when you have set a minimum payout amount must be reached before start transfering money..
