Payouts not received

I have been hosting on Airbnb for a month now and I am yet to receive payment for the first 3 bookings. 

I have contacted customer service on several occasions at which point they have assured me they'd be escalating the issue. 

I have looked at other conversations within the community and noticed this seems to be a common problem and it seems Airbnb is taking liberties. 

As such, I have decided to pursue legal action against Airbnb.
