I'm not aware of any changes to how we download our transaction history to pull pet fees paid from the resolution center. I have always clicked on Team Transaction history under the Performance tab to have my spreadsheet for the month. The pet fees "Resolution Adjustment" is not there.
The customer service for Hosts is AWFUL! No one has helped me or called me back. Can any super host help? I run 15 rentals and have over 40 pet fee requests a month.
Just coming back to you on this one as I have some relevant and exciting info. We’re really pleased to share some details with you that were recently announced! In the coming weeks, Hosts will be able to add a Pet fee to their listing.
