How to send a link to a listing that isn't public to OSE?

Hi, I recently got a certificate from OSE for short-term rental in NYC. However, when I applied I did not have a listing yet. Now, I cannot make my listing live because my listing ID is not registered with OSE. I emailed OSE to ask about it, they said that I should send them a link to the listing. But, since my listing isn't live yet, how can I send them a link to the listing?

Instead of sending a link, I sent them my listing ID. That was 9 days ago, and I still haven't heard back.

What's the best way forward in my situation?
