Planning Enforcement Notice - Westminster Council London, UK

Hi there, does any one have experience dealing with a Planning Enforcement Notice from a London Council?

Will be much appreciated if you have any professional / legal help you can point me to on how to deal with this.

Is the notice because you exceeded the 90 day limit, because you didn't apply for planning permission for commercial use or something else @VanZyl0 

if you can say what the issue is it's easier for fellow hosts to help ?
