Price Discrepancy

First-time renter here and my first inquiry is telling me that the price their page shows is nearly $400 more than my pricing information shows.

Can anyone explain why this would be? Even with the extended-stay and new-listing discounts, shouldn't it show the same pricing to both of us?

Hello @Tim2362 ,

I assume you mean your guest see other pricing information on your listing then you expect ?

Te guest has to pay additions like Airbnb Service costs, Cleaning fee (if set), Taxes (if set or automaticaly)

To see same information as the guest, goto your listing and simulate a booking.

Or go to manage your calender, select the dates and choose "price calculator" on the right.
