Pricing, Melbourne Grand Prix

Hi everyone,

I am co-hosting an apartment in Swanston St, right opposite Melbourne

State Library. 

The Melbourne Grand Prix is coming up in March can anyone offer some advise 

as to whether to charge extra that weekend or not.

Yes of course we should charge more during peak seasons and for key events.

Have you done any market research to see what comparable listings are charging ? If not start there @Anna14418

Hello Elisa,

The advice was spot on. I did some market research and I was pleased to see prices are higher for big events such as GP.

I do have another question though.

Is it common to charge less per night from Sunday to Thursday?
