Hi Team,

I am new to Airbnb and also have my property listed on another site.

I have requested to be listed for $230 per night with no service fee.  When I look up my listing it says $267 / night.  My other site is listed for 230 per night and that is what my bookings have been paying then the fees are deducted.  Is Airbnb different to that?

I'm not sure why the difference and how to change to lower as my calendar is synced  with the other site. 

HELP!!

On Airbnb search system prices are shown to guests including all costs

Your listing shows for 1 night 230,- + Airbnb Guest Service fee 32,-  makes total 262,-
