Does anyone have information on prince william filing for taxes or if you’d be in need of occupancy permits for hosting in that area?

@null4   Unless you are just renting a room out of your own house, you want to know a whole lot more before you rent out a property in PWC.  First, is your property located within an HOA?  If so, READ that document very carefully.  STRs are generally NOT permitted within PWC HOAs.

Secondly, visit the zoning office at the PWC adminstrative complex and ask about the Renter's Certificate of Registration that is outlined in section 58.1-3510.5. of the Code of Virginia.  In fact, either review the Code of Virginia and the PWC Zoning regulations or go to a local real estate attorney and tax accountant to find out what is required to host, how to pay your taxes, and how to track your income and expenses.
