Property management co host

Hello,

I have a condo in the Amaia Steps Parkway in Nuvali Philippines that we are prepping and buying appliances/furniture/electronics, etc. We would like to know if there is a property management company someone can recommend that will manage the condo since we live in the USA.   We plan on using the condo one month out of the year and the other times we want to rent out on a short term basis to tourists or visitors to the Philippines.  We want someone that will meet the person renting the unit (before and after), cleaning the unit after every visitor or having it cleaned 1 or 2 times a week when somoene is not there, and etc.  How do other overseas owners handle management of their condo unit using AIRBNB?

You can also take a look at Local Host Clubs near you to connect with hosts, who might be able to put forward a few recommendations regarding your query. Do let us know, if you are able to find one!
