Hello @Mary6847
Well normally you have to enter this registration number under your listing. In host mode:
==>Go onto your listing. Under Listing Editor - you'll see three lines just after Your space, Arrival Guide. Click on these lines:
==>Regulations and you should find somewhere that mentions adding a registration number.
All the best
Joëlle
Hi Joelle
Thank you Currently My space previously always listed is tagged now with ‘Unlisted’
when I tap on this, there is a pop up message that says I have to “Register before I can list” … there is nowhere to Register however so it’s on a loop.
Warmly
Mary
Oh so Airbnb delisted you because you didn't have the necessary paperwork for your town? Sounds like you need to contact Customer Service to see how they can unblock your account so that you can supply them with this new registration number.
Good luck and keep us posted
Joëlle
@Joelle43 The State of WAustralia has brought in new laws. Every provider of short term accomodation has to have a Government Licence Number
All very formal now.
Yes...as @Joelle43 mentions, I see that new regulations went into effect for Western Australia beginning Jan 1, 2025. You'll see other listings in WA with the STRA registration number appearing under Message the Host at the bottom of the listing page. This means you are required to enter your STRA license number in the preferences section in order for Airbnb to unblock your listing.
As @Joelle43 mentioned, you'll have to enter your registration number on the listing:
Go to:
Listing Editor
Click the 3 lines top right (preferences icon)
Choose Regulations (enter your license number)
