Hello everyone! Is anyone here offering the following amenities to their guests (1. kayak, 2. bikes, 3. golf carts)? Would you mind sharing a sample of your rental agreement to get things started? Thank you very much for your assistance!! 😊

@Celest297  Most of us do not offer these kinds of amenities as our insurance and that of AirBnB (purported AirCover) would not cover us in the event of an accident.

I would recommend talking to your insurance company before offering these amenities -- you may be better off finding a rental place that provides these things as their business.
