Shareholder Documents

Looking for insight from anyone who may have been through this. I keep getting asked to verify my account, which we have done and need to do again. It's asking for my business documents- which I provided. Then I was asked to show my shareholder documents. We have run this business for over 5 years and have never been asked for shareholder documents. I do not see it necessary to share this info as we have provided our incorperation papers, HST info, and personal legal documents to cross check. Airbnb is saying they still need this and won't answer my question as to where this information is located/ and if it's a new requirement. I asked if they are cross-checking all businesses now and they ignore my questions everytime. 

Has anyone experienced this?

In particular: 

What kind of business document might we ask for?

We may ask you to provide a document showing ownership of your business. This document should show the latest information about the beneficial owners of the business, including full name and ownership percentages or amount (ex: shares).

If there are other entities which own your business, we may ask for further documents relating to the parent company, so that we can establish who is the ultimate owner.
