Short term NYC registration number application

Hey guys,

I havent seen a recent thread about this so hopefully I get some guidance from someone.

I finally did the application for the registration number maybe about a month ago but now I’m starting to regret it and may withdraw my application.

From all the articles I’ve been reading it seems like most likely I will get denied.  Once denied I read that you can appeal.  But once denied I think Airbnb gets notified and they do something to your listing where people are not able to book because of the denial.

My question from you all is am I better off probably withdrawing my application for now and see how far this goes (because at least I wont get denied frm NYC and I can reapply once I’m forced too by Airbnb and people will still be able to book in the meantime) or should I leave the application and see what happens.  

This is a huge part of how I pay my mortgage tbh and this will suck for me big time if I can no longer rent my apartment short term.  

Any advice I would appreciate from my fellow hosts.  Thank you so much.
