South African Air B&B payouts on hold due to KYC verification

I have been running my Air B&B for 5 years and I am a super host.  The property is owned by my company and my husband and I are the directions.  I was asked to update my company information for the KYC verification review in October 2024 which I did .  I have received confirmation from Air B&B that all documentation has been received and my payouts will resume as soon as the Verification is done.  But alas, it is the 1st March 2025 and my payouts are still on hold and no one comes back to me.  I have hosted 3 times and the payouts are all on hold.  I have stopped taking air B&B bookings due to this problem.  Please can anyone assist me or give me any advise.  The support team seems like bots sometimes with the same answers and never resolve my issue.  They just say I must wait.  Any help would be appreciated.

Can you remember whether you completed the Reserve Bank mandate? You need to do this every December or your payouts will be paused.

It seems there is a clerical issue with AZA/Bidvest regarding bank branch codes in their system. Below is how one Host finally resolved:

 

"...An update from my side, we have finally started receiving payouts again. Someone at AZA Finance / Bidvest Bank responded to one of my emails and requested my bank account confirmation letter, which I sent through. It seems that there was a problem with the branch code (it needs to match the bank account confirmation letter, the generic bank account didn't suffice.) Let's hope I'm also not speaking too soon. It's been a very frustrating couple of months..."
