Special discount and change of duration of for a friend in 1 week

A friend wants just one night and i am giving her a large discount. 

Our usual length of stay is 1 week.

@Maryanne52  If you're wondering how to make an exception to your minimum length of stay, you do that by going to your calendar, clicking Availability Settings > Trip Details [Edit] > "Add a custom rule for specific dates."

But if the guest is a friend who you know personally, I don't know why you'd insist on booking through Airbnb. That large discount is partially offset by the fees.

@Anonymous , I was thinking the same, but maybe the issue of insurance is there.
