Special offer Sent without my knowledge

Hi All,

I received an inquiry and click "Pre-Approved" without paying much attention to the price ( not knowing that I should since I am the one who set the prices).

Then I noticed the total price was ridiculously low and did match anything related to my nightly rate.

I contacted AirBnB and they said "I" was the one who a one time special offer.  I did no such thing.  I never ever entered any amount  of any kind regarding any specific booking.  All I was set my nightly rate + some discounts for long term stay.

What gives?

Anybody had a similar experience?  ( I am not using any special software or service other than AirBnB interface).

@Farnaz8 you probably have a weekly or monthly price set. Go into your pricing section and edit the weekly/monthly prices to see if one exists.

You could block the dates in your calendar to stop a guest accepting your special offer.
