Split Fees vs Host Only Fee

Split Fees vs Host Only Fee

I have 4 listings that are software connected to my hosting software.  I have two listings that are not.  I would like my 2 listing that are not software connected to be set up as Split Fee.  Is this possible?   (Note, the user support center in Asia has not been helpful at all - it has been days with no answer and on top of that, they have given me false and inaccurate information.  It is as if they simply don't understand how the software works.)  This is very frustrating.

@Robert5458 You set the choice of fee schedule in your account so it is a one choice for all your listings. Oh and the rules say you can't have 2 accounts so there is no way around this.

Just interested - why do you want different structures?

I have 4 listings that connect through a channel manager.   They are part of a 9-room boutique hotel.  However, my other two listings are in different cities and are standalone homes that are rented out as a whole house.  Those listings I would like to utilize the split fee setup. This would be a substantial savings in the 15% fee I have to pay airbnb on these listings.   Having multiple accounts would not be recommended by Airbnb so it would be nice if they could help me resolve this issue.  The biggest problem I face is that the support people are zero help and do not even understand the problem.  It sure would be nice to talk to someone in support that actually understands how the platform works.

Hi @Robert5458

As @Mike-And-Jane0 mention, Airbnb applies this functionality at the account level. Since your account has boutique hotels attached to it, I think Airbnb is automatically changing to the Host pay option for service fees. Not sure there is a way around this?
