Spokane AIRBNB Host short term rental application process, man i need help

For hosts that preside in Spokane I wanted to see if when applying for Short term Rental Application what did you submit in the way of a copy of liability insurance for rental company. Did you end up printing copy airbnb aircover and submitting this or did you submit homeowners insurance or rather mortgage insurance  .  How do you know if your residental or other zones I can not find any infromation on this based on where my location is. I live in Northwest Spokane by VA hospital?
